For half of my life, I had issues with digestion, with skin, and all other types of problems. Dr. Suzan suggested stop eating gluten. In the beginning of everything, the protocol, I was super skeptical, I need to admit. In my country, gluten is a must-have-for-lunch thing.
Eight months later, I don’t have any issues with my skin. I don’t have any issues with digestion. I’m following the protocol that I have from Dr. Suzan. I’m not eating gluten at all.
I think every person who comes here and who is actually following Dr. Suzan’s protocol feels much better, loses weight, has much more energy. Everybody goes from here super happier. That’s for sure.
I started to feel much better after two months. The first month for me was super challenging, from one lifestyle to another. Eating bread all the time to not eating any gluten was super hard. The second month, you’re kind of used to it. Then, after three months, I was feeling amazing. In my home right now, even my dad has started following her protocols. We have literally changed our lives. After eight months, I have much more energy.
My diet is great. My skin is perfect. I’m very, very thankful for that.
